It stays cool all night and gives great support for the neck. heaps comfortable and just the right height for me. I loved it so much I got another one for my mum! Absolutely love it! It's big, heaps soft, and honestly way better than the cervical pillow I was originally planning to get. It still supports my neck, but feels much gentler and looks so much nicer too. fair dinkum upgrade! I love this! I use it all around my home.
