1. Introduction Welcome to Comfort Mate. By accessing our website at www.comfortmate.com.au or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

2. Governing Law Your order will be processed in accordance with the laws of Australia. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

4. Products and Services Comfort Mate sells seat cushions, pillows, and comfort accessories. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

5. Orders and Payment Payment must be made in full at the time of order. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping and Delivery Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. We are not responsible for courier delays. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refund Policy (60-Day Policy) We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return To initiate a return: support@comfortmate.com.au

8. Faulty or Damaged Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Privacy We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property All content on www.comfortmate.com.au is the property of Comfort Mate and protected by copyright law.

11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product(s).

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
