At Comfort Mate, we stand behind our products and offer a 60-day no-questions-asked return policy, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
🇦🇺 Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
🔄 Change of Mind Returns
We offer 60-day returns for change of mind:
- Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery
- Products should be in reasonable condition

💸 Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return costs
